Marc Oberon from Nottingham, England has been a professional magician since childhood. He won the British Magical Championships in 2005 and 2006, and has won the prestigious People's Choice Award.
In 2008, he won the Close-Up competition at the combined International Brotherhood of Magicians & Society of American Magicians convention in Kentucky. He has also won the MacMillan International Award, and was one of five specially selected magicians to represent the Magic Circle in Hollywood's legendary Magic Castle.
In
2009, he won First Place for Parlour Magic at the FISM convention in
China, and lectured at the FFFF convention. Marc is the creator of
the popular commercial miracles "Bang On," "The Master
Deck," "Oddball," and many other original outstanding effects.
Marc Oberon's lecture will feature his award-winning, world-renown magical innovations and many insights into mind-blowing magical effects. Immediately following his lecture engagement with us, he will be appearing at Nemcon, and then embarking on a German tour. We are fortunate to welcome him, for one night only, Saturday, March 6th, 2010.
